Established software "Lease. Corporation. " The product is used for automation of property management, business management to provide facilities for rent for the entire network of retail centers in Ukraine (over 250 pcs.). The system has a central database in which all of us are connected from different regions. Implementation of the system has allowed to manage the knowledge assets, contracts, tenant rosters online. In addition, the reporting system has allowed to control all invoices and payment.

The introduction of the product was carried out in several steps:

• Installation and setup of the system the staff of "Informproject»
• Training Group company employees responsible for the administration of the system
• The primary content database program "Lease": making stores, funds, registries of tenants and contracts
• The gradual training of staff from the regions and stores the connection

Also, individually developed some additional reports.

Due to the heavy load and the development of chain stores after 4 years of operation, there was a transition from version to version to Firebird with MSSQL.

The total period of implementation - 6 months .
